Description
The International Organisation of Employers (IOE) is requesting expressions of interest for an independent consultant to co-deliver advocacy training session for selected IOE members.

About the consultancy
The consultant will be expected to co-design and co-deliver a comprehensive advocacy training covering the following areas:
- Advocacy skills and strategies
- Digital Tools and social media engagement
- Artificial intelligence and disinformation
- Membership: recruitment and retention
Timeline: 6 May 2026
Location: Istanbul, Türkiye
Competencies:
- Proven experience in advocacy, policy communications, and/or strategic storytelling
- Advocacy Communication: Experience aligning communication strategies with advocacy objectives such as policy influence, public awareness, or behavior change.
- Training & Facilitation: Expertise in adult learning, designing interactive workshops, and using role-play and simulations to build skills.
Fees and Expenses: The consultant will receive a final fee of EUR 3000, and all travel and accommodation expenses related to the training will be covered by IOE.
Additional information: The consultant will work independently and address statutory contributions in their country of residence. You must be registered as an independent consultant in your country of residence, affiliated with a university, or a registered organisation/company to apply for this consultancy.
