Description
The Permanent Mission of India in Geneva invites applications from eligible candidates for recruitment for the post of Clerk. The details are as follow:
Job description: The selected candidate will be assigned to perform administrative tasks, liaise with various local offices and agencies, handle organising events and other activities of the Mission.
Educational qualifications: The applicant must hold a bachelors degree or equivalent from a recognised institution.
Technical skills: The applicant must possess excellent IT skills with proficiency in computer operation and software including MS Office; e-Mail systems; video conferencing setups and applications like WebEx; basic graphic designing software like Canva.
Language skills: The applicant must have oral and written proficiency in English and French. Knowledge of other local language(s) would be an added advantage.
Permit status: The applicant must either hold the nationality of Switzerland or possess valid Category B or C Swiss Work Permit.
Age: Candidates between the age of 20 and 35 would be preferred.
Location: The applicants must preferably be a resident of Geneva; or willing to relocate to Geneva at their own expense if offered the position.
Remuneration: The selected candidate would be offered a monthly basic salary of CHF 5100/. The Mission would also pay an amount towards medical, social security contribution, and other benefits as per its norms.
The Mission will invite shortlisted candidates for a personal interview during which all documents, certificates, and permit would be examined. Only those candidates who can join immediately may apply.
