Job description:
The International Organisation of Employers (IOE), based in Geneva, seeks a highly motivated and dynamic Communication Assistant.
Description of Duties:
- Support the publication of content on ioe-emp.org and the Members' Area in English, French, and Spanish through the TYPO3 CMS, under the guidance of the Communications Officer.
- Organizse mass mailings of IOE news articles and newsletters through MailChimp.
- Assist in coordinating translations of IOE documents. This includes ensuring that correct information is on the IOE Asana platform, liaising with external translators, and addressing any translator queries.
- Provide web publishing support for other websites or projects as needed.
- Support with data management on the CRM, including entering account and contact details for new IOE Corporate Partners.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in communication or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of CMS and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with the communications and marketing field.
- Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- Outstanding communication skills in English are required; fluency in French and knowledge of Spanish are strong assets.
- Meticulous, attentive to detail, highly organized, proactive.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort with digital tools.
Remuneration
A competitive remuneration package will be offered.
Conditions:
- Starting date: 17 June – 30 September 2024
- Work percentage: 50%.
- Duration: Temporary Cover Sick Leave
- Based in Geneva
