This is a junior professional role for a person with an interest in international affairs and the United Nations, and an alignment with Quaker values. Working primarily as an assistant to QUNO’s Representative for the Human Impacts of Climate Change (based in Bonn, Germany), the Programme Assistant will gain experience on influencing efforts at the United Nations and related multilateral organizations, and communicating on international efforts with local and regional interest groups.

Our Climate Change programme is involved in the international climate change negotiations, in environmental peacebuilding and security, and in connecting international efforts with grassroots climate action.
