We are looking for highly qualified and experienced translation service providers. We will select it among the bidders applying to this call and he/she/the agency will be responsible for all the translations requirements of the office.

Combination of languages: French, English, German (other languages can be used sporadically)

EN and GE into FR
DE and FR into EN
FR and EN into DE

Specifically, he/she/the agency will be required to translate the following type of documents :

_ Articles for the website : 1 500 words (1 to 3 per month)

_ Policy papers : 3 000 to 4 500 words (3 to 4 per year)

_ Working papers, studies : 4 500 to 8 000 words (1 or 2 per year)

_ Reports, long studies : 20’000 to 30’000 words (1 or 2 per year)

_ Internal documents, concept notes : 1 000 to 3 000 words (3 to 4 per year)

_ Web and social media posts and communication tools : 280 characters to 500 words (3 to 4 times per year, for major activities)
