Child Rights Connect, formerly the NGO Group for the CRC, is the biggest global network of over 100 international and national non-governmental organisations committed to ensuring that all children fully enjoy their rights as defined by the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC).

Child Rights Connect is currently looking for volunteer translators and interpreters who are interested in gaining valuable work experience. As a volunteer you would interpretate at meetings of the Childrens Advisory Team and other children's meetings which will mostly take part online. A few in-person meetings are likely to be scheduled for May. Would you like to help us in promoting children’s rights and engage in our network?

We are looking for candidates with at least a C1 level in Arabic or French or Spanish and able to translate/interpretate to English (C1 level too). The selected and screened volunteers will take part in a child safeguarding training and must adhere to the Child Safeguarding Policy and Procedure of the organisation. This volunteer position would require roughly 4 hours of work a month, until end of December, 2023.
