Internal Displacement Monitoring Centre / NRC

Description

NRC Geneva/IDMC is looking to establish a roster of monitoring consultants on framework agreements, to help identify displacement events in a set of countries and enter them to IDMC’s internal database called Helix on an ad hoc basis. The data will be used for upcoming Global reports on Internal Displacement and published in the Global Internal Displacement Database. Detailed deliverables and timelines will be clearly defined in the specific terms of reference for each consultancy assignment to be provided. Note that the establishment of a framework agreement with NRC Geneva/IDMC does not constitute a guarantee of work.

Any request for clarification must be received by NRC Geneva/IDMC in writing before 23:59 (Geneva time) 22.02.2024. NRC Geneva/IDMC will reply to bidders' questions before 23:59 (Geneva time) 27.02.2024. Questions regarding the bid should be addressed to maria.keucheyan@nrc.no.

Costs incurred by the bidder in preparing and submitting the tender proposals will not be reimbursed. NRC Geneva/IDMC reserves the right to accept or reject the whole or part of your offer based on the information provided. Incomplete offers which do not comply with our conditions will not be considered.
