Job description:
The International Organisation of Employers (IOE), based in Geneva, seeks a highly motivated and dynamic HR Assistant.
Description of Duties:
- 1. Administrative Support:
- Support HR administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate meetings, interviews, and handle correspondence while preparing HR documents.
- Provide general administrative assistance to ensure smooth office operations, such as, managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, handling incoming calls and correspondence, and coordinating with the building management in case of any issues.
2. HR General Support : - Support in writing internal communications.
- Support in organizing staff events such as staff gatherings, team-building activities, and other social events.
- Assist in coordinating logistics, including venue selection, catering, and communication to staff.
- Post job vacancies, screen resumes, and organise interviews.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field preferred, or CFC Commerce with bilingual proficiency and specialization in HR.
- Previous administrative experience, preferably within HR.
- Possess a teamwork mentality and a proactive problem-solving approach. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, along with keen attention to detail, are essential. Must demonstrate adaptability to working in a multicultural setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English are required; fluency in French or additional languages is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable with digital tools.
Remuneration
A competitive remuneration package will be offered.
Conditions:
• Starting date: November 2024
• Based in Geneva
• Work percentage: 100 %.
• Duration: 6 months (November-April)
