Job Description

4SD Foundation

Description

To better deliver on our purpose, we are looking for a systems thinker passionate about sustainable development to join our team as Digital Operations and Communications Lead.

BACKGROUND

4SD Foundation prioritises regenerative futures for all people in ways that reflect human rights, equity, and social justice, while navigating in complex, fast-changing contexts. We work with all actors, at all levels (local, national, regional, and global), in all geographies, seeking at all times to be inclusive, proactive and constructive.

Founded by David Nabarro and Florence Lasbennes, the Foundation accompanies established and emerging leaders as they seek to optimise societal impact and environmental integrity. At 4SD, we put an emphasis on prioritising the needs of people with the least agency and resources, and to strive for no-one to be left behind.

Priority areas in coming years include high-level engagement on food systems transformation, most notably towards COP30 in Brazil, as well as multi-stakeholder dialogues to inform global processes. 4SD also responds to complex global challenges in various capacities including pandemic and crisis response and emerging issues like the link between mental health and climate change. These activities continuously inform the practice of living systems leadership.
