Dharma Alliance

Dharma Alliance is a Geneva-based organization working at the intersection of Dharmic philosophical traditions and multilateral governance. We translate Dharmic epistemological and ethical frameworks into the language and concepts of multilateral policymaking. We call this approach non-exclusivist universalism: the conviction that truth is shared, but complex enough that no single perspective possesses it completely — a philosophical orientation structurally distinct from both relativism and exclusivism. Our primary contribution is epistemological rather than representational — we work at the level of ideas, frameworks, and normative architecture.

Dharma Alliance is non-sectarian, non-state, independent of any religious or political constituency, and carries no nationalist agenda. Guided by an international Advisory Board, managed by volunteers, and supported by a growing global network of partners, Dharma Alliance is recognized as a tax-exempt public-interest organization in Switzerland.
