This role is a key member of The Geneva Learning Foundation (TGLF), providing support to its leadership team and to various projects.
Responsibilities include a range of activities related to administrative, operational, knowledge management and communications support to the projects that requires working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
The position is remote, with Geneva (UTC+2) working hours.
TGLF (LinkedIn | YouTube | Podcast | ) is a Swiss non-profit with an expanding remote team. We research, develop, and scale up new ways to learn and lead against critical threats to our societies.

- The insights generated by and with learners are gathered, analyzed, and shared, for the benefit of communities and partners to scale and develop truly ground-tested and evidence-based policies and programmes.
What you will do...
Meeting Coordination & Management:
- Efficiently schedule and manage both internal and external meetings, including coordinating presentations, agendas.
- Compile comprehensive meeting notes from diverse sources and ensure proper follow-up on action items.
Ownership over the Implementation of Peer Learning, Networking, and Learning Projects:
Project Planning:
- Collaborate on project planning, breaking down tasks into actionable steps and setting achievable timeframes.
- Optimize resource allocation and task ownership for efficient project execution.
Project Implementation:
- Coordinate project management activities, monitoring and supporting task completion, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Continually assess project and resource capacity, making adjustments to enhance efficiency.
Project Documentation: Create, organize, and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
Data Analytics: Analyze substantial volumes of quantitative and qualitative data, providing concise summaries in both English and French.
Knowledge Management:
- Assist in knowledge management across two or more projects, ensuring information is organized and accessible.
- Are able to support the development and documentation of processes.
Stakeholder Management:
- Internal: Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communication, ensuring stakeholders are consistently engaged.
- External: Cultivate robust relationships with external stakeholders, exceeding their expectations.
Risk Management: Proactively identify potential project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
Support Fundraising Efforts: Assist in writing proposals and navigating application processes for fundraising initiatives.
Ad Hoc Support: Address other requests as they arise, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

- Holds a bachelor’s degree and has a successful history of managing fast-paced and complex projects.
- Strong digital skills; highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (including macros and style sheets). Will need to learn: Slack, Notion, Google platforms, and Dropbox.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.
Nice to have
- Fluency in French preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus;
- Experience with the following : R (statistical analysis), Tableau (data visualization), Nvivo (qualitative research coding); and other research tools;
- Interest in learning about public health issues, particularly immunization, and in the latest advances in the field of education.
