This Call for Tenders is issued in the framework of the RLS Geneva Office, which wishes to continue its work in the field of international organizing by supporting the Organizing 4 Power online training project. For this, RLS Geneva is looking for a service provider to create a new website for Organizing 4 Power.

Summary of the tasks:

• The O4P website framework must have the following features: multiple language capability; easy phone compatibility; the ability to make own edits; easy way to upload videos and photos; ability to host pdfs.
• The service provider will ensure the website will contain the following pages: - Who we are / what we do (one pager style); News and upcoming events section; Our history/projects; More about the program (including visuals of who's taken part); Visual accompaniments (a few examples of the illustrated guide, perhaps a few video snippets); Contact information.
• While this call pertains only to the creation of an outward-facing website, said website should be built in such a way as to later have capacity to integrate the following:
  • The ability to host complex event registration (hosting forms) through our website
  • Connection to a back-end database
  • A password-protected "members area" training participants where they can access visual guides and training materials
