IUF-UITA-IUL

The International Union of Food, Agricultural, Hotel, Restaurant, Catering, Tobacco and Allied Workers’ Associations (IUF) is an international trade union federation working with its affiliates to organize and represent workers around the world in the food, hospitality, tobacco and agricultural sectors.

The IUF works with affiliates to increase union membership in sectors and companies and negotiates with major transnational companies (TNCs) to ensure workers have access to the rights to join unions and be represented by a trade union.

Currently the IUF has 399 affiliates in 126 countries and represents more than 10 millions workers.
