   A.1 Draft/review ad-hoc emails and short notes

   A.2 Advises the CEO on the strategic development of the SOURCE platform in Africa

B Management of integrations

    B.1 Participate to reach out presentations to countries

    B.2 Coordinate with donors to prepare TA

    B.3 Organise preliminary needs assessment workshops (when required)

    B.4 Prepare/review proposals to donors

    B.5 Conduct integration as Integration Manager

    B.6 Identification of clients' needs to be converted into IT functionalities

C SOURCE Development

    C.1 Participate in various team meetings that aims to develop SOURCE

    C.2 Participate in the test session on the SOURCE platform to identify bugs and improvements

Qualifications required

• Master in Development Finance
• 5 years of experience as a program manager in Africa
• Very good knowledge of infrastructure
• Very good knowledge of Africa and its challenges
• Very good knowledge of risk management based on the financing of infrastructure projects
• Speaks French, English, Afrikaans, Zulu and Southern Sotho
• Has already managed a team of 10 or more people
• Very good team spirit
• SOURCE is currently used by more than 50 countries and all of its templates have been reviewed by more than 50 private sector companies. We are looking for someone who is familiar with the SOURCE platform.
