{"id":12252,"date":"2022-06-27T15:22:08","date_gmt":"2022-06-27T15:22:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.cagi.ch\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=12252"},"modified":"2022-07-12T00:42:15","modified_gmt":"2022-07-12T00:42:15","slug":"non-communicable-diseases-alliance-ncda-geneva-permanent-contract-partnerships-membership-senior-officer","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.cagi.ch\/fr\/?post_type=job_listing&p=12252","title":{"rendered":"Partnerships &amp; Membership Senior Officer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>NCD Alliance<\/p><p><\/p>","protected":false},"author":170,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","job_listing_type":[71],"job_listing_category":[65],"job_listing_location":[90],"job_listing_tag":[],"class_list":["post-12252","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-expired","hentry","job_listing_type-permanent-contract","job_listing_category-fundraising","job_listing_location-geneva"],"metas":{"job-description":"<h3>The main responsibilities for the role are:<\/h3>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Support stakeholder relationships and strategic engagement with NCDA\u2019s existing NGO partners, coordinate activities of the NCDA Supporters Group and business development with existing and new<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Lead and manage NCDA\u2019s portfolio of strategic partnerships with NGOs, including by setting clear partnership benefits, managing the delivery and reporting on bilateral plans and activities with NGO partners, maintaining constructive relationships and proactively seeking alignment across our<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Coordinate NCDA\u2019s partnerships and strategic collaborations across the global health and sustainable development community, strengthening existing partnerships and forging new ones that raise the profile of NCDs and promote win-win solutions for health and development.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Support the delivery of NCDA Supporters Group\u2019s plans and activities, ensuring opportunities for the group to facilitate connections, share good practice and guidance on partnerships and providing platforms for knowledge<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Support NCDA\u2019s business development to diversify partnership base, including drafting concept notes, proposals and budgets for new partnerships and<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Support monitoring, evaluation and reporting of NCDA\u2019s partnership to assess impact, results and learning \u2013 particularly with regard to<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Coordinate across the NCDA team (particularly working with Policy and Advocacy, and Communications) to implement NCDA\u2019s partnership and membership<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h3>Skills and competencies<\/h3>\r\n<u>Essential<\/u>:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Master\u2019s degree or equivalent in an area relevant to the job description, with a minimum of 3 years of experience working in partnerships, institutional fundraising, or a related field, ideally in an NGO or membership<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Experience in partnership development, and comfortable working with multiple senior internal and external actors.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>A strong writer, with excellent analytical and drafting skills, including the ability to draft complex proposals and other materials accurately and compellingly for fundraising<\/li>\r\n \t<li>A strong networker with a track record in stakeholder engagement and relationship management. Able to build NCDA\u2019s networks, identify opportunities for partnerships and position NCDA to strengthen its partnership<\/li>\r\n \t<li>A compelling influencer, able to promote NCDA\u2019s work and impact in a compelling way to a range of<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Capacity to work remotely and collaboratively in an international team environment, with excellent organisational and planning skills, and ability to successfully manage competing priorities and meet<\/li>\r\n \t<li>A problem-solver and a self-starter, who can work independently and takes challenges in your stride, maintaining a positive and energised outlook which motivates those around<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Available for travel<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Fluent in English (spoken and written).<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<u>Desirable<\/u>:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Fluent in other languages.
