Assignment:<\/h3>\r\n
    \r\n \t
  • Support organizational fundraising matters.<\/li>\r\n \t
  • Help implement effective fundraising strategy (private and institutional), including potential donors\u2019 mapping, fundraising approaches and routes.<\/li>\r\n \t
  • Identify fundraising opportunities to support GENDRO\u2019s growth and sustainability in Switzerland and internationally.<\/li>\r\n \t
  • Support in building GENDRO\u2019s profile for grants.<\/li>\r\n \t
  • Support in building proposals and follow-up with potential donors in consultation with the Director of development, President and Board and\/or others as assigned by the President.<\/li>\r\n \t
  • Responsible for partnerships\u2019 related matters and follow-up on agreements and reporting for potential donors.<\/li>\r\n \t
  • Provide input on on fundraising matters, including sharing relevant fundraising developments, research, best practices, tools, approaches, contacts and software.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n

    Profile:<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n
      \r\n \t
    • Sound experience in private and institutional fundraising, ideally with hands-on and innovative experience in building fundraising strategies and mapping.<\/li>\r\n \t
    • Expertise in non-profit fundraising in Switzerland and other international markets.<\/li>\r\n \t
    • Knowledge and awareness of gender and health is desirable; familiarity of research and data analysis is an advantage.<\/li>\r\n \t
    • Passionate to support and disseminate efforts for Gender justice.<\/li>\r\n \t
    • Self-driven and innovative professional who can act as a force of proposal in the Fundraising field and beyond.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n

        Remuneration:<\/h3>\r\nThe position is not directly remunerated, however, you will be part of a dynamic and growing organisation with a wide network. All contributions will be officially acknowledged and appreciated.\r\n

        Starting date:<\/strong><\/h3>\r\nbased on mutual agreement.\r\n

        Duration:<\/strong><\/h3>\r\na minimum of 6 months (or based on mutual agreement).\r\n
