Under the supervision of the director of Finance and Support Services, she\/he will be responsible for:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Developing annual IT roadmaps and leading the implementation of new IT systems and applications in line with ICI strategy and growth. Current projects include:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>development of a mobile data collection and web application,<\/li>\r\n \t<li>digital transformation processes,<\/li>\r\n \t<li>cloud migration.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Managing external consultants, who are responsible for the IT infrastructure and application development.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Technically supervising (indirect) the IT staff in ICI's country offices and ensuring effective communication and support the development of their skills.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Being a key business partner to other functional departments, helping them to identify and implement IT solutions to meet organization needs.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Guaranteeing infrastructure continuity and disaster recovery plan.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Establish, monitor and report on IT operational and security KPI\u2019s<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Coordinate data privacy compliance with relevant stakeholders.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Cybersecurity risks management:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>security operations (e.g., vulnerability and threat management),<\/li>\r\n \t<li>coordinate periodic audits done by external firms,<\/li>\r\n \t<li>develop security awareness materials and deliver periodic training.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Developing, implementing and updating IT information\u2019s policies.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>IT assets, procurement management and being a solution advisor for other ICI offices on equipment\u2019s acquisitions.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Any other relevant tasks as assigned.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<table width=\"635\">\r\n<tbody>\r\n<tr>\r\n<td width=\"321\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Education and experience<\/strong><\/td>\r\n<td width=\"314\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Skills and competencies<\/strong><\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<tr>\r\n<td width=\"321\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 8-10 years of experience in IT\r\n\r\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Experience with application development\r\n\r\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 2-3 years management including remote teams and externals IT consultants\r\n\r\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology \u00a0\u00a0(e.g.: brevet or dipl\u00f4me federal)\r\n\r\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Other certifications (e.g.: ITIL, CISSP, Cobit, PMP)\r\n\r\n&nbsp;<\/td>\r\n<td width=\"314\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Project management\r\n\r\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Strong technical background and competence on Microsoft ecosystem.
