If yes, join our highly motivated team!\r\n<h3><strong>Key responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\r\nYour mission is to put forward the fundraising strategy, identify key donors and mobilize the funds for Graines de Paix's programs and organizational effectiveness.\r\n\r\n<strong>Project Funding (regional, country-wide, multi-country-wide)<\/strong>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Secure project funding in time from major Swiss and international donors.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Win bids and prizes.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h4><strong>Core Funding<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Deepen relationships with philanthropists and UHNW\/HNW donors.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Develop innovative ways to increase monthly and annual gifts.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Support the fundraising events organized by our Board.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h4><strong>Deliverables<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Update and regularly share the fundraising plan, roadmap, dashboard and alerts.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Produce our fundraising texts, documents and related procedures in French and English.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Optimize the CRM system for fundraising.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h4><strong>Human relations<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Build a team of high-profile interns and volunteers to support these goals.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Collaborate hand-in-hand with our team with enthusiasm, drive and a caring spirit.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Work openly with our Board and relevant trustees.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h4><strong>Personal skills<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Foster warm and productive collaboration with colleagues, trustees, funders, donors.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Shape the fundraising function at HQ and in our local entities.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Set up best practices within the organization.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h4><strong>Professional skills and experience<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>(4-10 years)Proven track record of fundraising, including with Swiss-based philanthropists.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Strong management skills (funding cycle, donor mapping, CRM, HR management by objectives).<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Close attention to detail for ensuring quality output to donors.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Proficiency in Project management software.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Bilingual French\/English with excellent presentation and communications skills (oral and written).<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h4><strong>Education<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>University graduate with Master\u2019s degree or equivalent.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h4><strong>Contract type:\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\r\nPermanent\r\n<h4><strong>Start date:\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\r\nMid-January or 1st of February 2022\r\n<h4><strong>Working hours:\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n80% (negotiable upwards)\r\n<h4><strong>Holidays :<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n25 days p.a. + 9 Geneva public holidays\r\n\r\nFlexible hours, remote working possible up to 2 days\/week\r\n\r\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Geneva, Switzerland\r\n<h4><strong>To apply:<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<strong>Please send the following ONLY\u00a0<\/strong>by email <a href=\"mailto:candidatures@grainesdepaix.org\">candidatures@grainesdepaix.org<\/a> with the subject title Candidate-Fundraising Manager -
