You will join an energetic organisation influencing the sector towards greater accountability to people affected by crisis through the take up of <a href=\"https:\/\/corehumanitarianstandard.org\">Core Humanitarian Standard<\/a><u> (CHS).<\/u> This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a strong experience in Human Resources Management, loves developing and leading on HR projects and has strong knowledge of HR technologies. Another part of the role is dedicated to supporting Governance bodies of the CHS Alliance. French is a must-have.\r\n<h3><strong>What we expect from you<\/strong><\/h3>\r\nAs the Human Resources &amp; Governance Manager, you will work under supervision of the Chief Operating Officer.
