Prepare and develop documentation (contracts, amendments, reports, communications\u2026)<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Prepare Attestations<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Archiving of personal files<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\n<strong><u>QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS<\/u><\/strong><strong>:<\/strong>\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\n<u>Experience<\/u>:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>At least one year in a similar position<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Thorough understanding of human resources administration<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Ability to manage computerized human resources management applications (XPert HRM\/HR-Caf\u00e9, SwissSalary, Mobatime\/Kelio)<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Ability to keep accurate paper and electronic records<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Ability to prioritize and handle competing deadlines<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\n<u>Education<\/u>:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>A diploma in commercial studies (\u201cEcole de Commerce\u201d) or equivalent.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>HR diploma a must (\u201ccertificat d\u2019assistant(e) RH\u201d)<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\n<u>Competencies<\/u>:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Sensitivity to the multicultural and multi-confessional settings of a Christian faith based organization<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Service oriented<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Have a flexible approach in working in a busy office<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\n<u>Language skills<\/u>:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>English and French: Written and spoken.
