He develops himself or manage a development team to make application evolve. He has to organize building of application\u2019s release as small projects.\r\n\r\nHe also guarantees applications availability and provide support to users.\r\n<h4><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Deliver releases of application according to quality criteria defined (Functional coverage, budget, time, \u2026).<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Ensure availability and quality level of running applications under his portfolio<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Provide technical support to business referent and users<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Manage Application Lifecycle<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Align with Product Owner and Application Management Committee<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Analyze business needs and propose solution<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Analyze and prioritize bug fixing and improvement. Organize releases of applications<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Define planning and ensure all stakeholder involvement<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Coordinate communication to the organization about changes performed<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Liaise with the infrastructure and operations teams for the implementation of changes<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Ensure quality of delivery and good cooperation with external providers<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Deliver documentation and formal reporting.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Technically support users by providing analysis and solution to incident raised<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Based on problem management propose process and software improvements<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h4><strong>Your Profile<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<em>Education<\/em>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Bachelor or Master degree in computer sciences, information systems, engineering or related field<\/li>\r\n \t<li>ITIL Fundations<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<em>Experience<\/em>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Experience in application or product management<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Experience in software development<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Experience with multiple technologies<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<em>Skills\/ Technical competencies<\/em>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Excellent overall understanding of IT matter (architecture, tailor-made and off-the-shelf business and IT solutions, IT organization, IT infrastructure, technologies)<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Development and database management<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Software configuration<\/li>\r\n \t<li>ERP integration principles<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Testing and validation information systems<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<em>Languages<\/em>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>English and French are the working languages at MSF Switzerland headquarters. For the position advertised, fluency in English and French is required.
