FSD employs more than 500 staff on four continents and has a budget of CHF 25 million.\r\n\r\nFSD is looking for a dynamic and experienced\r\n\r\nThe position is based in Geneva, with 5 to 8\u00a0weeks\u00a0of travel per year. This position reports directly to the Director.\r\n<h3>Responsibilities\u00a0:<\/h3>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Leads a team of 50 finance, administrative and ICT professionals based in Manila, Philippines, providing support to FSD and to a small number of other NGOs.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Oversees the organization\u2019s administrative functions, including facilities management in Geneva and all human resources aspects (policies, hiring and compensation of expatriates staff and Swiss payroll).<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Manages the organisation\u2019s accounting and financial operations, including consolidation for the FSD Group; provides accurate and timely financial information to the management team and the Foundation board.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Develops and implements financial strategies, policies and procedures to ensure the organisation\u2019s financial health and<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Oversees the internal control system and the audits; upkeeps FSD\u2019s ISO 9001 Management System<\/li>\r\n \t<li>In charge of the Secretariat of the Foundation board<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h4>Experience and skills:<\/h4>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Proven experience in financial management and administration, preferably in the international non-profit sector.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Strong knowledge of international human resources and compensation.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Familiarity with non-profit accounting practices, grant management, compliance regulations and Swiss payroll and labor law.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Demonstrated leadership abilities and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to effectively manage and inspire a team and foster a positive and productive work environment.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Proficiency in English and French.
