Through these resources, we empower individuals and organizations with the knowledge and tools they need to drive change effectively.\r\n<h4>Role Summary:<\/h4>\r\nAs the Operations Manager, you will report directly to the Executive Director and oversee the efficient functioning of the Geneva office. Your primary focus will be to streamline and improve operational processes, manage HR-related tasks, and ensure compliance with regulations. You will work closely with the finance hub in Manila to ensure financial records are accurate and accessible for decision making. Your role will play a crucial part in supporting the organization's mission and promoting risk awareness and internal compliance.\r\n<h4>Key Responsibilities:<\/h4>\r\n1. Human Resources Management:\r\n\u2022 Oversee onboarding, induction, and contracting of personnel.\r\n\u2022 Collaborate with the operations service center in Manila to manage payroll and\r\nensure compliance with statutory deductions.\r\n\r\n2. Financial Management:\r\n\u2022 Develop, monitor and support institutional budget and projects implementation.\r\n\u2022 Ensure compliance with internal policies, donor regulations, and local\/fiscal\r\nregulations.\r\n\r\n3. Partnership Development:\r\n\u2022 Develop and review MOUs and partnership frameworks and agreements..\r\n\u2022 Coordinate within the team and external parties for due diligence processes.\r\n\r\n4. Compliance and Risk Management:\r\n\u2022 Processes travel advances, ensures compliance with travel policy and follows up\r\non liquidation.\r\n\u2022 Ensures compliance with host country regulations and monitors trends in\r\ngovernance and compliance.\r\n\u2022 Monitor trends in governance and compliance.\r\n\u2022 Promote risk awareness and support colleagues with internal compliance data.\r\n\r\n5. Procurement and Asset Management:\r\n\u2022 Initiate and manage procurement processes.\r\n\u2022 Maintain a fixed assets database.\r\n\r\n6. Office Support:\r\n\u2022 Support the Executive Director in Governance matters and Board preparations\r\nincluding arranging meetings, minutes, travel, and handling follow-up actions.\r\n\u2022 Handle external and internal communication and information flows.\r\n\u2022 Provide operations and logistical support for special projects.\r\n<h4>Qualifications and Skills:<\/h4>\r\n\u2022 A relevant university degree qualification in administration, finance, or\r\noffice management or demonstrated equivalent experience.\r\n\u2022 At least 7 years of relevant experience.\r\n\u2022 Excellent English and French communication skills.\r\n\u2022 Advanced organization and coordination skills.\r\n\u2022 Ability to work effectively in a start-up environment and adapt to changing\r\ndemands.\r\n\u2022 Strong ability to prioritize work, perform compliance reviews, and meet\r\ndeadlines.\r\n\u2022 Familiarity with Swiss HR administration and practices.\r\n\u2022 Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and good judgment.\r\n\u2022 Experience in collaboration, team work, communication, driving results,\r\nadaptability, and continuous learning.\r\n\u2022 Eligibility to work in Switzerland: Candidates must be EU\/EFTA nationals or\r\npossess a valid work permit that allows them to work in Switzerland. Please indicate the job title in the subject of your email.\r\n\r\nPlease note that only short-listed candidates will be contacted.\r\n<h4>Compensation and conditions of service:<\/h4>\r\nP4P believes that salary levels should be set in a consistent manner, ensuring equal pay for equal value, responsible use of resources, and at a level that allows the organization to be as competitive as possible.\r\nJob size and contribution value, local labor market, and requirements to attract and retain talent in favorable conditions, are the main factors that structure P4P\u2019s compensation framework.\r\n\r\nThe gross annual salary is CHF 103,224\r\n\r\nA staff member shall accrue 2.5 days per month of annual leave for each month of service equating to a maximum of 6 weeks leave per year.\r\nStaff members are insured for retirement, disability and death by the state insurance AVS and the pension plan provided by a private insurer (foundation), based on the LPP (loi sur la pr\u00e9voyance professionnelle).\r\n\r\nP4P entered a contract with a private foundation to provide adequate coverage for retirement, disability or death.
