The SEAH Investigation Capacity Manager will be take the lead and provide technical expertise for this new project.\r\n<h3><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Outreach to key stakeholders and representation in relevant bodies to promote a common, victim\/survivor-centered approach to SEAH investigations<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Quality assurance for the scale-up of IQTS training activities, in close cooperation with Humentum<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Development of a global roster of qualified SEAH Investigators and a Shared Services Investigation Model<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Establishing and moderating a global Community of Practice or similar platform for qualified Investigators<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Providing information on victim\/survivor-centered approaches and advise organisations on strengthening their SEAH Investigations.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h4><strong>Candidate Profile<\/strong><\/h4>\r\nWe are looking for an experienced investigator, who has led and conducted investigations into sexual exploitation, abuse and harassment with humanitarian or development organisations, including in the field.
