Activities and\r\ntasks according to the GCERF process chart.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Research and Communications: Monitor in-country developments, conduct research,\r\nprovide regular in-depth analysis for the Country Manager, attend and report on relevant\r\nevents in Geneva, and coordinating the preparation of internal and external\r\ncommunication updates on countries.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h4>Qualifications<\/h4>\r\nKnowledge\/Experience\/Qualifications<strong>\r\n<\/strong>\u00b7 Some Knowledge and understanding of programme design and development, project\r\ncycle management, and financial budgeting and reporting.\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Analytical and research skills working with qualitative data.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Some knowledge of the socio-political environment and civil society organisations is an\r\nasset.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Experience of working alongside a wide range of grantees with skill and sensitivity,\r\nincluding community-based and grassroots organisations is an asset.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>2 to 3 years relevant experience in working in an international or grant making\r\norganisation supporting grant or project management (ideally minimum 6 months) or\r\nlocal organisation (ideally minimum 12 months), or ability to demonstrate other\r\ntransferable experience.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Previous experience or demonstrated interest in the prevention of radicalisation to\r\nviolent extremism will be an asset.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Previous working or lived experience in GCERF partner countries or in conflict affected\r\nareas.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Masters degree in Peacebuilding, Conflict Transformation, International Development,\r\nAnthropology, Social Sciences, or a related field.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nLanguage skills<strong>\r\n<\/strong>\u00b7Fluency in Russian and English (C2)\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Arabic (C2) and French (B2) are assets<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h4>Values<\/h4>\r\n\u00b7Achieving together\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Acting with integrity<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Embracing diversity<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Realising potential<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Making a difference<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h4>Personal attributes based on GCERF competencies<\/h4>\r\n\u00b7Leadership \u2013 Proactivity, integrity. Interns receive a stipend\r\nof CHF 2000 per month. Junior Associates who meet the criteria are remunerated CHF 3,500\r\nper month.
