Climate is looking to hire a Senior Project and Grant Manager to work alongside the Executive Director and other project leaders to secure, administer and close grants.\u00a0\u00a0This is a full-time position.\u00a0\u00a0The selected will ideally be based in<strong> Geneva, Switzerland or in Kigali, Rwanda.<\/strong>\r\n<h3><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\r\nThe employee will be responsible for the following duties:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Coordinating the grant management process throughout the project cycle: fundraising, planning, contracting, procurement, deliverables tracking, reporting, etc.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Managing project-level financial activities: budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Overseeing operating systems: Microsoft Office and Dynamics 365 Business Central.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Setting up administrative processes for the execution and management of contracts.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Supporting the Executive Director in fundraising and grant management, including writing proposals, developing log frames, negotiating contracts, and preparing donor reports.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Liaising between project teams, leadership, donors, and partners.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h4><strong>Qualifications &amp;
