In this position, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of high-quality services for people affected by cancer, including providing counselling, running support groups, and overseeing well-being activities, work &amp; cancer coaching, and peer support.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span data-contrast=\"auto\">The incumbent will also recruit, develop, and support the team leads\/coordinators of counselling and coaching, support services, peer support and support intake to ensure timely and effective services to those seeking support.\u00a0 You will be a part of the organisation\u2019s expansion and development of services in Switzerland.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span>\r\n<h3><strong>The right candidate should:\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-listid=\"2\" data-list-defn-props=\"{\" data-aria-posinset=\"1\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Be a mental health professional (with a Masters in Counselling or equivalent);<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-listid=\"2\" data-list-defn-props=\"{\" data-aria-posinset=\"2\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Have\u00a0 managerial and clinical supervision experience;<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-listid=\"2\" data-list-defn-props=\"{\" data-aria-posinset=\"3\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Have experience in an integrative approach to counselling;
