We catalyze local expertise into innovation, action, and results.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>The insights generated by and with learners are gathered, analyzed, and shared, for the benefit of communities and partners to scale and develop truly ground-tested and evidence-based policies and programmes.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h3>What you will do...<\/h3>\r\nMeeting Coordination &amp; Management:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Efficiently schedule and manage both internal and external meetings, including coordinating presentations, agendas.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Compile comprehensive meeting notes from diverse sources and ensure proper follow-up on action items.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nOwnership over the Implementation of Peer Learning, Networking, and Learning Projects:\r\n\r\nProject Planning:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Collaborate on project planning, breaking down tasks into actionable steps and setting achievable timeframes.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Optimize resource allocation and task ownership for efficient project execution.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nProject Implementation:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Coordinate project management activities, monitoring and supporting task completion, ensuring alignment with project objectives.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Continually assess project and resource capacity, making adjustments to enhance efficiency.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nProject Documentation: Create, organize, and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports for both internal and external stakeholders.\r\n\r\nData Analytics: Analyze substantial volumes of quantitative and qualitative data, providing concise summaries in both English and French.\r\n\r\nKnowledge Management:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Assist in knowledge management across two or more projects, ensuring information is organized and accessible.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Are able to support the development and documentation of processes.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nStakeholder Management:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Internal: Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communication, ensuring stakeholders are consistently engaged.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>External: Cultivate robust relationships with external stakeholders, exceeding their expectations.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nRisk Management: Proactively identify potential project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.\r\n\r\nSupport Fundraising Efforts: Assist in writing proposals and navigating application processes for fundraising initiatives.\r\n\r\nAd Hoc Support: Address other\u00a0requests as they arise, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.\r\n<h3>Who you are...<\/h3>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Passionate about strengthening\u00a0the learning culture in global health and amplifying the voices of frontline health workers.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Thrives tackling <strong>complex issues<\/strong> in a <strong>fast-paced<\/strong> organization, supporting multiple individuals and projects. Will need to learn: Slack, Notion, Google platforms, and Dropbox.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Fluent in both spoken and written English.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h3>Nice to have<\/h3>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Fluency in French preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus;<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Experience with the following : R (statistical analysis), Tableau (data visualization), Nvivo (qualitative research coding); and other research tools;<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Interest in learning about public health issues, particularly immunization, and in the latest advances in the field of education.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nApplications are processed in the order in which they are received.
