The IOE team consists of high skilled professionals that have different backgrounds, are efficient, passionate, dedicated, and versatile.\r\n<h4><strong>Job description:<\/strong><\/h4>\r\nThe International Organisation of Employers (IOE), based in Geneva, seeks a highly motivated and dynamic <strong>Communication Assistant.<\/strong>\r\n\r\n<strong>Description of Duties:<\/strong>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Support the publication of content on ioe-emp.org and the Members' Area in English, French, and Spanish through the TYPO3 CMS, under the guidance of the Communications Officer.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Organizse mass mailings of IOE news articles and newsletters through MailChimp.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Assist in coordinating translations of IOE documents. This includes ensuring that correct information is on the IOE Asana platform, liaising with external translators, and addressing any translator queries.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Provide web publishing support for other websites or projects as needed.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Support with data management on the CRM, including entering account and contact details for new IOE Corporate Partners.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h4><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/h4>\r\nThe ideal candidate will have:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in communication or a related field preferred.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Knowledge of CMS and CRM systems.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Familiarity with the communications and marketing field.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Outstanding communication skills in English are required; fluency in French and knowledge of Spanish are strong assets.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Meticulous, attentive to detail, highly organized, proactive.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort with digital tools.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h4><strong>Remuneration<\/strong><\/h4>\r\nA competitive remuneration package will be offered.\r\n<h4><strong>Conditions:<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li><strong>Starting date<\/strong>: 17 June \u2013 30 September 2024<\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>Work percentage<\/strong>: 50%.<\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>Duration:<\/strong> \u00a0Temporary Cover Sick Leave<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Based in Geneva<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h4><strong>How to Apply:<\/strong><\/h4>\r\nInterested parties should submit their CV and letter of motivation, by email to <a href=\"mailto:recruitment@ioe-emp.com\">recruitment@ioe-emp.com<\/a>.\u00a0 Applications should be submitted by <strong>10 June 2024 <\/strong>\r\n\r\nThe IOE is an equal opportunities employer, and the successful candidate will be selected based on merit.
