This role is crucial in managing our educational content and communication efforts across various platforms.\r\n\r\n<strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong>\r\n<ol>\r\n \t<li>Medical Education Content and Communication<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Content creation (writing)<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Multi-channel dissemination strategy, coordination, and delivery (shared with the EASL Association and Community Services Department)<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Data Analysis and Reporting:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Conduct statistical analysis using Google Analytics, Excel, R or equivalent<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Generate comprehensive reports on communication performance and engagement<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Faculty Management:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Coordinate with faculty for educational content and events<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Support content needs of other departments<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<strong><em>Output and channels<\/em><\/strong>\r\n\r\nThe content to create includes:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Project description<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Social media posts, including live tweeting during EASL Studio from @EASLEdu account<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Article, (i.e. blog)<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Press items<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Promotional materials<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Multimedia (podcasts, video and image editing, infographics<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Reports: For the community, partners and internal use<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nThe content will be used on various platforms such as:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Podcast streaming platforms<\/li>\r\n \t<li>EASL Websites, including EASL Campus, EASL.eu<\/li>\r\n \t<li>EASL Youtube channels<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Social media<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Bi-monthly educational newsletter<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<strong><em>Required Qualifications:<\/em><\/strong>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>At least Bachelor\u2019s degree level in Life Sciences, or other related field<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Proven experience in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Excel, R)<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Experience with multimedia creation and editing software<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<strong><em>Desired Skills:<\/em><\/strong>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Strong interpersonal skills<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, at least English C1 (written and oral)<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Create and edit videos, images, and podcasts<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Basic HTML coding skills and familiarity with content management (Drupal\/Moodle)<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Knowledge of R programming language is a plus<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Experience in the association, NGO or related sectors is a
