The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and executing CTI's communication strategy, enhancing our visibility, and promoting our mission to eliminate torture globally.\r\n<h4><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li><strong>Communication Strategy Development:<\/strong>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy aligned with CTI\u2019s mission, goals, and objectives.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Identify and leverage opportunities to increase awareness and visibility of CTI\u2019s work among key stakeholders, including governments, international organizations, civil society, and the general public.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>Content Creation and Management:<\/strong>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Draft, edit, and manage high-quality content for various communication channels, including press releases, newsletters, website content, and social media platforms.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Draft and coordinate CTI\u2019s Annual Report, and coordinate the development and publication of other CTI reports and publications.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Ensure that all communications materials are consistent with CTI\u2019s branding and messaging guidelines.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>Media Relations:<\/strong>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with media channels in the human rights and international law sectors as appropriate.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Prepare and distribute press releases, statements, and media kits to promote CTI\u2019s initiatives and events.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>Digital Communications:<\/strong>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Manage and update CTI\u2019s website and social media accounts, ensuring timely and relevant content is shared.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Monitor and analyze the performance of digital communications, providing recommendations for improvement.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>Stakeholder Engagement:<\/strong>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Support the organization\u2019s efforts to engage with key stakeholders through targeted communication campaigns and outreach activities.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Assist in the planning and execution of events, webinars, and conferences, ensuring effective communication before, during, and after these events.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h4><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li><strong>Education:<\/strong>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>A degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, International Relations, or a related field.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>Experience:<\/strong>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>3 -
