For more information, visit <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dcaf.ch\/\">www.dcaf.ch\u00a0<\/a>and follow us on LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (formerly Twitter) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/DCAF_Geneva\">@DCAF_Geneva<\/a>.\r\n\r\nFor our Director\u2019s Office, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to be our next:\u00a0<strong>Project Officer \/ Monitoring Evaluation Accountability and Learning (MEAL) unit <\/strong>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li><strong>Location: Geneva, Switzerland<\/strong><\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>Starting date: January 2025<\/strong><\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>Duration: Permanent<\/strong><\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>Rate: 100%<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h3><strong>The role<\/strong><\/h3>\r\nUnder the supervision of the Senior MEAL Advisor,\u00a0he\/she\u00a0is responsible for contributing to the achievement of DCAF\u2019s priority objectives in the field of Monitoring Evaluation Accountability and Learning (MEAL) at a key moment in the transition to the implementation of DCAF\u2019s new 2025-2029 strategy.\r\n\r\n<strong>Key areas of operation<\/strong>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Contribute to the development, implementation, and assessment of DCAF\u2019s MEAL-related processes<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Contribute to data collection, analysis, and drafting for performance\/outcome reporting<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Develop MEAL tools and methodologies, and support teams in their implementation<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Support the facilitation of MEAL networks and internal learning initiatives<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Support the development of the 2025-2029 strategy implementation plan and the revision of other MEAL processes and documents<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Organize, facilitate and\/or participate in internal and external learning events<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Assist the Senior MEAL Advisor in implementing other MEAL-related tasks within DCAF<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h4><strong>Your experience<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>3 to 5 years of progressive experience in the governance sector (project design &amp;
