The SNC works towards a negotiated end to the conflict benefitting the Syrian people through dialogue, peaceful means and democracy in line with UN Security Council Resolution 2254.\r\n\r\nThe SNCGO seeks to develop a comprehensive strategic plan to enhance institutional maturity and build capacity in strategic planning and performance measurement.
