The portfolio of partnerships includes cancer organisations, foundations, and private sector companies.\r\n<h4><span class=\"text-orange\">Summary of the position<\/span><\/h4>\r\nThe Junior Accounts Payable plays a key role in the day-to-day management of payment processing, expenses management, and accounts payable tasks, while supporting the finance team general financial processes.\r\n<h4><span class=\"text-orange\">Main responsibilities<\/span><\/h4>\r\n<strong><span lang=\"IT\">Payment Processing:<\/span><\/strong>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Handle and process supplier payments on a timely and accurate basis, ensuring compliance with UICC policies and financial regulations.<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li>Prepare payment batches, verify payment details, and resolve any discrepancies or issues with vendors.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<strong><span lang=\"IT\">Credit Card Expenses Management:<\/span><\/strong>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Oversee company credit card expenses, ensuring expenses are accurately reported, categorized, and approved according to UICC policy.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Reconcile monthly credit card statements and follow up on any missing documentation or outstanding transactions.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<strong><span lang=\"IT\">Accounts Payable Booking:<\/span><\/strong>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Ensure accurate and timely entry of payables into the accounting system.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<strong><span lang=\"IT\">Bank Reconciliations:<\/span><\/strong>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Conduct monthly bank reconciliations for all company accounts, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and discrepancies are investigated.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h4><span class=\"text-orange\">Skills and competencies\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Federal certification of Commercial Business (CFC), or bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or any related field completed or in process.<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Experience with financial software, Microsoft Office Suite and E-banking to process payments and ability to learn new software applications.<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li>Good understanding of Swiss GAP accounting.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Ability to work with financial data and perform calculations accurately.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Committed to deliver quality results under time constraints in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\r\n \t<li><span lang=\"EN-US\">A high level of written and spoken English; other languages such as French and Spanish a plus.<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Great team player, able to work with people of different backgrounds and culture.<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li>Interest and understanding of the non-profit sector.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<span lang=\"EN-AU\">The candidate should be eligible to work in Switzerland.<\/span>\r\n<h4><span class=\"text-orange\">Applications<\/span><\/h4>\r\nSend your CV and motivation letter explaining how you think your skills and experience make you a strong candidate.\u00a0Please address your application to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:careers@uicc.org\">careers@uicc.org<\/a>\r\n\r\n<strong>Deadline for applications:\u00a022 November 2024.<\/strong>\u00a0Applications received will be evaluated on a rolling basis.
