Box 1834, 1215 Geneva 15<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">SWITZERLAND<\/p>\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\nThe Permanent Mission of Malaysia to the United Nations and Other International Organisations in Geneva is seeking a <strong>Document Officer\/Translator<\/strong>.\r\n\r\nDuties involved assisting the Mission\u2019s establishment in Geneva, to handle adequately duties such as public correspondence, processing protocol (privilege and immunities \u2013 mission and staff establishment), relocation matters for diplomats, and to do translation of any documents (UN document, administration, finance, consular and protocol related matter and proper filing).\r\n<h3><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Fluent communication skills, written and verbal in English and French, excellent reading and comprehension skills. A third language would be an advantage.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Excellent IT computer skills, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, MS Teams, GMeet and Zoom.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Strong organisational skills.
