The International Council of Nurses is looking for a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a <strong>Humanitarian Programme Assistant Officer.<\/strong> This role is crucial in supporting the coordination of work of ICN\u2019s Humanitarian Fund programmes. You will have the opportunity to work with an exceptional manager, ensuring a memorable experience that will foster growth and collaboration.\r\n<h3><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Assist in planning and budgeting for various programmes.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Help ensure the successful development and implementation of\r\nprogrammes.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Manage relationships with stakeholders and ensure smooth operations.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Support risk assessments and track corrective actions.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Review and analyze relevant documents and reports.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Design and implement effective tracking tools, including KPIs.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Consolidate and present data in activity progress reports.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Develop and monitor communication materials and project records.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Support budget creation and oversight.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Provide support to stakeholders in programme implementation.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Generate monthly update reports on programme development.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Assist with committee meetings and related tasks.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Handle administrative duties, including database updates and note-taking.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Prepare funding agreements and handle disbursement requests.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Follow up on payments and fund transfers.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Assist with new requests and grant proposals.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Facilitate programme audits.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h4><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Relevant educational background in administration, project management, or\r\na related field.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Strong organizational and communication skills.
