CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS

CHILD RIGHTS CONNECT GENERAL ASSEMBLY

Child Rights Connect is a Geneva-based network of 119 child rights organisations from around the world that envisions a world in which children have their human rights protected, promoted, and fulfilled.

Child Rights Connect is organising its General Assembly meeting where our member organisations come together to approve the network’s plans and activities and elect people to various key roles. This year, the General Assembly thematic and statutory meeting will take place in hybrid format (online and in-person, at our office) on the 16th and 17th of June 2025.

Would you like to help us ensure that this event is successful?

We are looking for several volunteers to help us with the General Assembly the days of the event but also before, between 6 and 17 June inclusive. In our experience, the support from volunteers, ranging from communications to logistics and IT support, is critical to ensuring the smooth running and effectiveness of this annual gathering of the Network.

If you are looking for an opportunity to get in contact with child rights organisations, to network and meet children’s rights defenders, including children, from around the world, please apply by using the registration form on our website. The deadline to apply is the 23th of May.

Given our limited resources, and the nature of this opportunity as volunteer work, please note that we are unable to provide any remuneration/fees and to cover any expenses.

We are looking forward to reading your application. Thank you 😊
