Your role
You will play a key role in shaping and delivering IOF’s communications across multiple platforms. Working closely with the Communications and Science teams, you will:
- Write and edit high-quality content for social media, website, newsletters/e-magazine, internal communications, the annual report, and scientific press releases
- Contribute to the development of creative and impactful educational and awareness campaigns
- Support colleagues and senior management with a wide range of communications needs
Your profile
We are looking for someone who brings both strong writing skills and a collaborative mindset:
- Native-level English writer and editor with a flair for concise, engaging content
- Experience in scientific / medical writing is an advantage
- Creative, adaptable, and comfortable working in a small, international team
- Understanding of social media platforms and analytics, with the ability to plan and manage engaging content across multiple channels. Skilled in creating targeted posts that align with organizational mission and strategy, and experienced in measuring performance to optimize engagement.
- A valid Swiss work permit or Swiss or EU-25/EFTA citizenship is required for this position.
