Multilateral Dialogue Geneva Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung

Description

Tasks of the Programme Manager include:

  • Content conception, preparation and organisation of conferences, events and visitor programmes in close cooperation with the director
  • Providing analyses on current developments in multilateral Geneva (mainly on global health topics)
  • Communication with offices and staff members of global health organisations in Geneva as well as with other offices of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation, members of parliament, partners worldwide and experts
  • Contribution to the extension of the expert data base of the programme
  • Support in presenting the office in social media

The following qualifications are expected:

  • A university degree in Public Health, International Relations, Economics, Political Science, Law or similar
  • A first professional experience in the areas of research, event and project management or in European and/or international institutions
  • Experience in one of the multilateral organisations based in Geneva is considered an advantage
  • Pronounced interest in international issues, in particular global health
  • Very good command of German and English, knowledge of French is preferable, knowledge of any other official language of the UN is considered an advantage
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
