Job Description:
The International Organisation of Employers (IOE) is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Team Assistant to support its daily operations and contribute to a collaborative and fast-paced working environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional looking for a long-term career path, eager to learn, grow, and evolve within an international organisation.
The ideal candidate is a team player, proactive, and adaptable, with strong digital skills and a genuine openness to learning. Fluency in English, Spanish and French is essential, with Spanish considered a strong asset due to the linguistic needs of the team.
Description of Duties:
- Perform general secretarial and administrative tasks
- Organise meetings, conferences, workshops, and internal / external events
- Arrange travel and prepare travel documentation
- Format, proofread and prepare documents and presentations
- Schedule meetings, maintain agendas, and coordinate calendars
- Draft, handle and route correspondence
- Answer and direct phone calls and enquiries
- Scan, file, archive and maintain digital and physical records
- Provide general office administration support, including supplies management and logistical coordination
- Assist team members and contribute to a collaborative, service-oriented environment
- Support evolving tasks linked to digital tools, process optimisation, and the continuous improvement of office workflows
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Junior profile with willingness to commit and grow within the organisation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office tools (MS Office, digital applications, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Excellent knowledge of English, French and Spanish
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- A dynamic, positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities
- High digital literacy and ease with adopting new technologies
- Flexibility and comfort with evolving responsibilities in a changing environment
- Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
- Genuine team player mindset and openness to learn
- Familiarity and interest in international institutions, business issues, and multicultural environments
- Ideally holding a Swiss residence permit.
Remuneration:
A competitive remuneration package will be offered.
