This privacy and cookies policy (“ Privacy Policy “) relates to the use of personal data collected through the website, accessible online and available at https://www.cagi.ch/ (the “ Website “) and our pages available on the following social networks: Twitter, Facebook, Vimeo, all managed by the Center d’Accueil de la Genève Internationale (CAGI) (” CAGI ”), (“ us ”), whose head office is located at La Pastorale, route de Ferney 106, 1202 Geneva.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using the Website and our pages available on social networks. This Privacy Policy explains how information relating to an identified or identifiable person (“ Personal Data ”) is collected, used and protected.

2. RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROCESSING

We use the Personal Data collected through our Website and our pages available on social networks, as described below, to provide the following services:
- Information relating to the CAGI and its services;
- Different ways to get in touch with us, through registration forms (for example to receive invitations to social events, language exchange scholarship, thematic conferences, excursions, request for tickets for shows at the Cultural Kiosk and other activities of the CAGI or to be informed of the publication on the Website of job offers which correspond to your search criteria);
- Creation of accounts (for example within the framework of the job exchange);
- Publication of offers (eg job offers);
- Link to the Delegates Welcome application, managed by the CAGI;
- Links to other third-party websites and the ability to like or share content on social networks (eg Facebook, Twitter or Linkedin).

This Privacy Policy describes our regulations and procedures relating to the collection and processing of Personal Data that you may communicate to us by visiting our website or by using one of the services described above.
3.3
This Privacy Policy does not apply to services offered offline.

This Personal Data collected may include your first and last names, nationality, private and professional address, e-mail, sector of activity and profession.

- invite you, through the e-mail address you have given us, to social events, language exchange scholarships, thematic conferences, excursions and other CAGI activities;
- inform you, by means of the e-mail address that you have given us, of the publication of job offers that correspond to your search criteria;
- allow you to create an account so that you can post a job offer.

When you create an account, complete a registration form or post an offer, we process your Personal Data based on your consent.
5. LINKS TO OTHER SITES MANAGED BY THE CAGI

Our Website contains links that direct you to the CAGI delegates welcome application ( https://cagi.kalyss.ch/delegate ) allowing you to access the content available there.

7. COMMUNICATION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

We may give access to the Personal Data that you have communicated to us through our Website or our pages available on social networks to certain independent contractors and affiliated companies so that they can assist us in the exploitation said Website or said pages available on social networks. 13. STORAGE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
13.1
We keep the Personal Data that you transmit to us to the extent required to access and use our Website and our pages available on social networks, as well as the functionalities found on them, as well as only to the extent that is required to comply with our legal obligations (for example if we are required to retain your Personal Data under applicable law), to resolve a dispute or to enforce agreements we have entered into and our internal regulations .
13.2
We automatically delete all personal data from accounts that have been inactive for more than 5 years. We send users of inactive accounts an email notifying them that their account will soon be deactivated. The user has 30 days from the date the email was sent to reactivate their account. If the user does not act within this period, the Personal Data will be automatically deleted.
13.3
We reserve the right to retain data in a de-identified (i.e. anonymous) form subsequent to the deletion of your Personal Data.
14. TERMINATION, SUSPENSION OR CLOSURE OF ACCOUNT
14.1
14.1. We can block, close or suspend a user’s account, as well as prohibit the use of the services according to the conditions defined in the T&Cs.
14.2
In the event that your user account is blocked, closed or suspended, your Personal Data will be retained in accordance with art. 13 above.
15. PERSONAL DATA RELATING TO MINORS
15.1
We do not provide services specifically aimed at children through our Website and we do not proactively collect Personal Data relating to them.
16. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
16.1
We may modify this Privacy Policy at any time by posting, without notice, a new version on this page or on a deeper page. In this case, you will be informed by a notification on the home page of our Website. By continuing to access or use our Website or our pages available on social networks after the entry into force of this modification, you agree to the processing of your Personal Data in accordance with the revised Privacy Policy. We undertake to always process your Personal Data in accordance with the Privacy Policy in effect at the time of collection of such data.
